Yes. Tawplast is a contract injection molder in 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt. We supply crisper drawers, panels, brackets, handles and structural appliance parts to local OEMs and to assembly plants across the GCC.

What appliance-grade resins do you run?

ABS, ABS/PC, HIPS, PP-talc, PP-GF for structural appliance work; HIPS and ABS for inner liners; PC and PA for higher-temperature housings. We source from regional and European compounders and keep moisture-control drying on every shift.

Can you handle large parts on big presses?

Yes. Our 560 t and 650 t Chen Hsong presses cover large appliance parts — crisper drawers, washing-machine drawers, vacuum bodies — single-shot to about 3 kg of resin.

Plastic injection molding for appliance OEMs

Tawplast molds structural and visible appliance parts for Egyptian and GCC OEMs from our 10th of Ramadan plant. The portfolio runs from large crisper drawers and shelf rails on the 380–650 t presses down to control-panel buttons, hinges and brackets on the 80–180 t cells. We work mainly in ABS, ABS/PC, HIPS, PP-talc and PP-GF — grades chosen for cold-store impact, dishwasher-safe surfaces and Class-A cosmetic finishes. Every appliance program ships with an inspection plan, dimensional FAI on first lot, and lot-traceable packing for line-feed receiving.
