Plastic injection molding for medical and laboratory consumables

Tawplast supports medical and laboratory programs that need clean process, S136 stainless tooling and lot-level traceability — not Class III implants, but the housings, racks, caps, vials and diagnostic enclosures that surround them. Tools are cut in S136 (or polished P20) and validated with dimensional FAI on T1; production runs on dedicated press cells, with PP, PE, PS and PC medical grades, change-controlled documentation and signed lot release.
