Plastic injection molding for rigid packaging — caps, closures and containers
Tawplast runs rigid-packaging programs at scale: beverage caps, food-tub lids, cosmetics flip-tops, tamper-evident closures and thin-wall containers. The 80–180 t Tedric and Chen Hsong cells run unscrewing-core multi-cavity tools at sub-10-second cycles for cap output above 200 k pieces / day per tool; the 380 t Engel high-speed press handles thin-wall food containers in HDPE and PP. Colour matching, food-contact grades and IML-ready surfaces are part of every brief.
