Plastic injection molding for automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers
Tawplast supports automotive Tier-1 and aftermarket programs out of Egypt with multi-cavity tooling, glass-filled and impact-modified grades, and the process discipline that automotive QA demands. Typical work covers interior trim and clips, fluid-handling housings, retainers and brackets, harness covers and aftermarket cosmetic panels. We run PP-GF (15–30 %), PA66-GF, ABS, ASA for exterior UV exposure, and POM for low-friction running parts. Every automotive program is gated by sampling reports, dimensional FAI on T0/T1, and a controlled change-management log on the tool.
