A molding shop
in 10th of Ramadan.
Tawplast started where most molding shops in Egypt start — with one used press, one engineer, and a few local customers who needed a part faster than the importers could send it.
What changed wasn't the press; it was the discipline. We brought tool design in-house. We bought a CMM. We started writing down what the machine actually did, cycle by cycle, instead of what we wished it did.
Today we run a roster of presses from 80 to 650 tonnes out of a single facility in 10th of Ramadan City, serving OEMs across automotive, medical, packaging, and consumer goods — most of them within a day's drive, some of them on the other side of the Mediterranean.
Run what we sell
Quoted cycle times come from the actual press, not the spec sheet.
Engineers on the floor
The team that designs the mold tunes the press. No handoff loss.
Document everything
Every lot has a paper trail. Every change has a sign-off.
Egypt to the world
Sokhna, Damietta, Alexandria. We ship from where the boats leave.
