Plastic injection molding for agriculture and irrigation

Agricultural parts live in sun, dust and agrochemicals. Tawplast injection-molds sprayer pump heads, trigger and shroud assemblies, lance and nozzle housings, hand-pump pistons, irrigation fittings, valve bodies and chemical closures in UV-stabilized HDPE and PP, with carbon-black or TiO₂ packages tuned for desert sun. Wall thickness is engineered for drop survival on uneven ground; threaded interfaces are run on unscrewing-core tooling for repeatable sealing torque. (Knapsack tanks themselves are blow-molded by partners — we supply every injection-molded component that attaches to them.) We support OEMs across Egypt, Sudan, KSA and the wider MENA agricultural market.
