Three lines
of work.

Tooling, prototyping, and production are run by one team on one floor. That's the difference between a vendor and a partner.

Steels

Every Tawplast project starts at the tool. We review your CAD for draftability, wall uniformity, weld lines, and gate location, then run mold-flow simulation before cutting steel. The result is a mold that runs the part you drew — not the part that the press happened to make.

  • DFM review and mold-flow analysis before steel is cut
  • Hot-runner and cold-runner systems
  • Family molds, stack molds, insert molds
  • T1 sample with full dimensional report
  • Mold maintenance, repair, and resharpening

Bridge tooling lets you test a real injection-molded part in the real resin in less than two weeks. When you're ready for volume, the geometry walks straight onto a production mold — no surprises, no re-design.

  • Aluminum bridge tooling for fast iteration
  • SLA / SLS prints for fit-and-form review
  • Production-grade resin in pilot quantities
  • Iterate the geometry before you commit to steel
  • Direct handoff to our production tooling line

Production

From scheduled releases of 500 units to continuous 500,000-part programs, our floor scales with your demand plan. Every lot ships with a process record — material certificate, cavity number, run date — so the part can be traced from the box back to the press.

  • ABS, PP, PC, POM, Nylon (PA6/PA66), TPE, PMMA, HDPE, LDPE
  • Color matching and masterbatch compounding
  • Insert molding and overmolding
  • Secondary operations: pad printing, ultrasonic welding, assembly
  • Vendor-managed inventory and scheduled releases
